 Download to your Desktop and run self installing exe. Users must be Local
Administrators and must log in as same user after the first reboot to
configure the scan options as part of the setup process. Windows Firewall
will prompt for application to be unblocked for Windows XP SP2 and Windows Vista computers.
If you still experience CE-02 scan error on copier when sending after installation
- disable the Firewall. Read installation Guide below.
** A Valid Product Key for the full version (NOT 'LITE' VERSION) is required, this is supplied on the Sharp AR-NS2 Booklet
which accompanies your Sharp copier(s). This application will only work for Sharp
AR, ARC and MX Copiers **
Version 3.21 will work for all 32-bit versions of Windows 2000, Windows
XP and Windows Vista.

Ricoh's Latest Model Device Graphic Update Module
Device

Java 1.5 Update 9 Switchless Installer (No Auto Update).
This will install (on XP and
Vista) a version of Sun Java which is compatible with both Command
Workstation and Fiery's Web Tools admin page for Internet Explorer 7 and
Mozilla Firefox 2. Note that the latest 1.6 builds do not work with
Fiery Web Tools Admin Applet. This version (1.5 Update 9) works under
Windows Vista Aero interface without flicking into Basic mode.
IMPORTANT - You MUST uninstall ALL previously installed versions of
Sun Java (Add/Remove Programs) and REBOOT your workstation AFTER installing
this file. Also decline any offered Updates. |

Printer Driver Removal
Utility - A Print Driver consists of several files
which when installed, will be copied into one or more directories. Driver
information or adjustments will be retained in the Registry. If the driver
is not required anymore and is deleted by the operating system, a number of
"unnecessary" files and entries will remain in the Registry. These remained
files and entries will cause considerable problems if the driver is deleted
in order to install a newer version of it.
To avoid these problems, we have provided a
free utility
which deletes all these retained driver files and entries. |
